Things move fast at http://www.performanceandtuning.com. In no time the cases were ready for the build.

Initially using the old 54mm stroke barrel until the new one is ready I got to it with the help of Charlie and built the motor. The bike will be shown at the https://www.newarkclassicbikeshow.com so it was full steam ahead. 

With the motor built and fitted to the frame a quick fire up and polish.

All done….

 

Work to machine the cases by Charlie at Performance Tuning to allow the fitment of the falc crank and barrel. Once this work is completed a dry build will be done to check port heights before the port work begins.
